New Legacy Wealth, a real estate investing company that acquires distressed properties nationwide, is seeking to add a full-time acquisitions manager to the team with a proven ability to excel in communication over of the phone, produce results and close deals.
• If you’re a detail oriented, persistent and reliable person that is so friendly it would be hard to stop talking to you, this might be the job for you.
• If you’re motivated by commissions and want to close deals so bad it hurts, but always keep ethics, character and integrity at the top of your actions, this might be the job for you.
• If you’re good with numbers and can learn the formulas it takes to determine the maximum offer price on any property, this might be the job for you.
• If you’re organized, can handle technology and have lead management and follow-up experience, this might be the job for you.

The Inside Sales Acquisition Manager is responsible for creating outbound sales contacts from company lists and handling all negotiations for incoming leads in order to discuss a prospect's need to sell their home quickly.

Keys to success in this role include:
• Building rapport with the seller
• Uncovering the seller's motivation
• Presenting a win-win solution to help the prospect solve their real estate problem.


• Contact and follow-up on company generated seller leads
• Use company generated lists to generate new prospect contacts
• Work with sellers to get Purchase & Sales Contracts signed
• Manage leads, stay organized, use our internal CRM, follow-up
• Chase deals with fervor until they are closed

• A proven track record in phone sales
• Demonstrated skill in negotiations
• Motivated and driven
• Easily relates to all type of people
